You can also order by mailing a personal check, send your order by fax, or you can phone us toll free to place your order if you are in any way concerned about using your credit card over the internet.

Fraud Prevention Policy

A selection of orders are referred to our fraud prevention department.  If your order is selected for further validation we will notify you within 8 working hours of placing your order (excluding weekends and holidays) either by email or telephone if you provided your number.  It is possible that your order may be delayed an additional 3 business days.   If your order is selected and we do not hear back from you within 48 hours, we will automatically cancel the order.  If you have placed an order with an expedited shipping option and your order is selected for validation, your order will NOT be shipped until we have confirmed the details of your order with you.

This policy is in place to protect the security of our customers.

IMPORTANT:  The best way to avoid being selected for this additional validation is to ship your order to your billing address.  This does not guarantee that your order will not be selected as other factors are considered, but shipping to a different address almost guarantees that your order will be selected.
