POLICY ACCEPTANCE & GOVERNING LAWS:
Any purchase made
signifies acceptance of this policy. This Return and Exchange Policy will be
governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
CONDITIONS OF RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
nolimitpokerstore.com
is committed to providing the best customer satisfaction possible. We will be
pleased to refund or replace any defective item and many non-defective items
within 14 days of the date on your receipt (less shipping and handling). You may
return products that:

Are not opened

Are in their
original packaging

Have original
manufacturer information

Are not used,
installed, or disassembled

Are not damaged
due to incorrect installation

Do not having
missing parts, hardware or instructions

Returned items
must be able to be resold - Use a shipping label or shipping box. If you
write the shipping address on the outside of the item or its box then the
item cannot be resold and it will be returned to you.
(1) The following
orders are not returnable without being pre-approved:
All poker tables and
slot machines (unless damaged by the carrier). If a return is accepted you will
prepay the return shipping to them and be charged a 15% restocking fee.
(2) Important - Poker
Table & Custom Poker Chip Orders – Please Read this:
Custom or special
orders, including hot stamped poker chips, custom labels, custom playing cards,
custom card covers, laser engraved chip cases, and poker tables:
We do not credit any
part of a hot stamped poker chip or customized product order after they have
been hot stamped or customized. If you wish to cancel your order please call us.
(3) All non-defective
returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15% and the shipping charges must be
paid by the consumer. Any product canceled after it has been shipped or delivery
is refused will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and the shipping cost to the
customer and any return shipping charged to us.
(4) A Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must accompany all returns. Exchanges
must be for equal or greater value of the original purchase. To request your RMA

Pages > Returns.
(5) If your return
comes back to you: For Security reasons any item(s) not ordered by this company
or any delivery not having a RMA number clearly visible on the shipping label of
the package will not be accepted - it will be refused and returned. Authorized
returns must be returned with prepaid shipping and received within 14 days of
the date on your receipt - sorry but there are no exceptions.
(6) Returned/exchanged
merchandise that arrives at nolimitpokerstore.com after the 14 calendar days
return/exchange period has elapsed (see previous paragraph), will not be
accepted and will be returned to sender, no exceptions.
(7) Once we have
received your return, conducted an inspection of the return, and verified that
your return meets the above guidelines, a refund will be issued. The cost of
shipping, especially "FREE SHIPPING" to you will be refunded only in those
instances that the return is a result of our error. Refunds for shipping will be
issued as store credit. The shipping refund will not exceed the published
carrier’s rate for the weight shipped. All returns are subject to a 15%
re-stocking fee unless the item was exchanged for another product of equal or
greater value.
(8) Items incorrectly
shipped to nolimitpokerstore.com will not be returned. Items not purchased from
nolimitpokerstore.com will not be accepted.
REFUNDS:
(9.1) We will issue a
refund for returned products when your return meets the above requirements. The
cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances where the return is a
result of our error. PLEASE NOTE: REFUNDS MAY TAKE UP TO TWO WEEKS TO APPEAR
ON YOUR CREDIT CARD.
(9.2) In the case of
damaged items, we will issue a refund for the purchase price less shipping and
handling unless an exchange is made for the item in which case shipping and
handling will be refunded as store credit.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS:
(10.1) Poker Tables &
Freight Deliveries: YOU MUST INSPECT THE DELIVERY FOR DAMAGE BEFORE YOU SIGN FOR
DELIVERY. Once you sign, you are accepting the delivery in the state found and
you cannot claim for damage. REFUSE THE DAMAGED ITEM(S) AND CONTACT US
IMMEDIATELY. If you elect to use your own carrier to ship your poker table, if
damage occurs in transit, this is the responsibility of your carrier and
nolimitpokerstore.com will not accept a damaged return in these instances.
(10.2) If FedEx
delivers your order have the driver note any visible damage on the delivery
ticket before you sign for it. If the table is damaged email us immediately at
damage@nolimitpokerstore.com and describe/report the damage to us. If you cannot get through
on the busy phone system then email us at
returns@nolimitpokerstore.com.
(10.3) If a shipping
service other than FedEx delivers your poker table you must open the box(es) and
inspect the table BEFORE you sign for it. Once you sign for a delivery service
other than FedEx, you have accepted it in the condition that you received it and
there's nothing we can do to recover damages or replace the damaged table. If
one piece is damaged just refuse that piece and accept the other. You need to
write on the drivers ticket why you are refusing delivery of one or both pieces
(Damaged - Refused is all you need to write on the ticket) but do not sign for

(10.4) Additional
Trucking Charges: The delivery service has been contracted by
nolimitpokerstore.com to deliver your package to the boundary of your property.
Drivers are not required to help you to carry the item from the boundary of your
property to your door or into your home or office. Be aware, if you do request
help from the driver, there is a fee charged and if we incur additional expenses
from the delivery company for your requests, (e.g. changing the delivery
address, inside delivery, or a return delivery) and we get charged we will pass
the charge onto you at cost.
(11) Items other than
poker tables: FedEx or Priority Mail - Please contact us within 24 hours of
receipt of other products to begin the Returns process. Poker table damage
claims more than 2 days after delivery will not be honored. Delivery
confirmation is part of every item that we ship.
(12) Other Items: If
your product has been damaged in shipment (where we were contracted by you to
fulfill the shipping), please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your
product to begin the returns process. We will then contact you via email or
telephone with further instructions on filing your claim.
(13) Express Mail and
Overnight UPS services: nolimitpokerstore.com does NOT GUARANTEE the overnight
delivery. We simply ship it as you request it.
(14) Any attempt to
stop credit card payment on merchandise not accepted by nolimitpokerstore.com
for return/exchange because the 14 calendar days return/exchange period has
elapsed will result in appropriate legal action to recover any and all monies
due nolimitpokerstore.com.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY:
It is your
responsibility to read and understand this Returns & Exchanges policy BEFORE you
place your order with us. nolimitpokerstore.com reserves the right to amend this
policy at any time and without notice. Please review this policy each time you
