How long will
it take you to process and ship my order? |

your order with us we will process your payment the same day if you
placed your order before 2.00pm Eastern or the following day if placed
after that time. Once your payment is confirmed we will submit
your order to our warehouse within 24 hours (unless you selected an
expedited shipping method). Once received at our warehouse your
order will typically leave the warehouse 2-3 days later (excluding
customized products and certain items that are made specifically for
your order such as Pub Lamps) if you selected UPS Ground Service or US
Postal Service.
Orders placed
before 2.00pm Eastern (and your payment was confirmed) where the shipping
selected was UPS 3-Day, 2-Day or Next Day Air Saver will be processed
for shipping the same business day (excluding custom items or other
items that we specifically order from other manufacturers for your
order).
We do not
process orders at weekends or national holidays. |
