cleaned and lubricated to insure proper functioning and returned as
close to its original condition as reasonably possible. The
exterior cleaning process is applied to restore the original beauty
and luster of the machine. Our cleaning solutions are the best in
the industry and ensure that most blemishes are removed. Finally a
high grade detailing wax is applied to restore the original shine -
just like when it first came right out of the factory.
The
last two steps in our refurbishment process have our trained
technicians putting the machine through a series of tests to insure
safety, proper functioning, and cleanliness. Once the machine meets
the approval of our technicians it is
carefully packed in specially designed foam, boxed up
and
sent to our shipping department where it awaits delivery to its new
owners.
Your machine has been lovingly
refurbished and brought as
close to as-new as possible. Please bear in mind that some normal
wear and tear may remain evident due to your machines previous life
working for its living in a real casino. We only sell
the machines that are as close to looking as brand new as we can
reasonably restore them - if we are not comfortable that we would
put your machine in our own homes, then we won't sell it to you.
Are These Really Genuine Casino Slot Machines?
Absolutely yes! Most of our machines are manufactured by
Japan's world famous Pachislo company and installed directly with
their own casino customers - they are authentic casino slot
machines. In Japan every casino can only use
an individual machine for a maximum of 2 years. Beyond this it is
mandatory to remove them from circulation. Although they have up to
2 years, often for commercial reasons the casino will replace the
machine after only a few months. This is why some machines are to
all intents and purposes brand new when we receive them.
They are high quality, backlit machines with
brilliant flashing lights and electronic sound effects. Depending
on the model you choose you may even see animated LCD or LED
displays or video screens. If you bought one of these
machines brand new you would spend over $3,500. Pachislo

Or Goes Wrong, Is There A Warranty?
First of
all remember that these are real casino machines which means that if
one malfunctions in a casino then is costs them real money while the
unit is out of action. Casinos always have a wary eye on their
profits and therefore insist on absolute reliability; and Pachislo
is the company that is renowned for delivering quality and
reliability.
That said,
and for your own peace of mind we do provide a
2 year LIMITED
WARRANTY with each machine.
This covers everything on and in the machine apart from the
light bulbs - we do not cover the bulbs but always have them for
sale. The warranty does
not cover damage caused by fire, water, lightning, or other acts of
nature, normal wear and tear, or damage inflicted on the machine by
the user. Please note that the warranty applies only to the
original purchaser and is not transferable. Please keep your proof
of purchase, and retain the operating manual, original shipping box,
and the high density foam delivered with each machine. If in the
very unlikely event that your machine needs to come back to us and
it is not packaged correctly, your machine may suffer damage and we
will not be responsible for replacing the machine.
Our skill

machines are very durable, manufactured for 24/7 casino use, and
with proper care and use your machine should last you a lifetime.
Any attempt to modify or alter the machine, including but not
limited to, installing an arm or amending the machine to accept or
dispense anything other than the standard tokens will void this
limited warranty with immediate effect.
Does The Skill Stop Slot Machine Accept or
Dispense Real US Quarters?
Unfortunately the answer to this is "no" and
this is due to federal and state laws over which we have no control
and very limited influence. See below for more about the legalities
of gaming machines. If you really do want a slot machine that
accepts and dispenses real currency then you are limited to buying
an antique machine and these typically start at $1,500 and go way up
from there. We do not sell antique slot machines or advise on how
and where to get one.
Are There Any Legal Issues With Purchasing This
Machine From You?
Although your skill stop machine did come from
a real casino they only accept tokens and cannot be readily
converted to accept or dispense any type of currency. They have
never been set up to use or accept real currency. All machines sold
by us are token-in, token-out machines and are not intended to be
used as a gaming or gambling device. They are not meant for
actual gambling and should not be used for any other reason except
personal enjoyment.

is applicable to all states except Alaska and Hawaii. For shipping
to those states please call or email us for a quote. We will ship
internationally but the shipping charge is quite expensive due to
the size and weight of the package. We ship Monday through Friday
and if you ordered an in stock model your machine will leave our
warehouse 2 - 3 days after your payment has been processed unless
otherwise stated.
If you discover
upon delivery that your machine is not working properly or it has
been damaged in transit you MUST contact us before returning the
machine. In almost all instances one of our technicians
can quickly and easily talk you through the the issue by telephone
without any need to return the machine to us. |
