ORDERS SHIPPED WITHIN 24-72 WORKING HOURS:
Once you have
placed your order it enters our system for processing. Your order will be
shipped within 24-72 working hours from the time it was placed or after any
issues have been resolved such as a payment problem or additional validation of
your order in accordance with our anti-fraud policy. The exception to this will
be if your order is placed on a Friday (after 12.00PM Eastern), Saturday, Sunday
or a Public Holiday. Orders placed after 12.00PM EST on a Friday will be
processed the next working day.
ORDERS NOT SHIPPED WITHIN 24-72 HOURS:
If the product
you have purchased is not in stock your order will be delayed until the item is
in stock. If this should happen you will be notified no later than 24 hours
(excluding weekends and holidays) after your order placement to inform you of
the delay. You will have the option of canceling the order, selecting an
alternative item or waiting for your item to be stocked. Stocking of items is an
ongoing job, and your product will most likely be in stock after only a short
delay.
We do not ship
until full payment has been received. If your order is “On Hold” because your
payment could not be processed this will delay the shipping of your order until
payment is received. In the event that we cannot contact you about the problem
we will cancel your order.
FRAUD PREVENTION:
A selection of
orders are referred to our fraud prevention department. If your order is
selected for further validation we will notify you within 8 working hours of
placing your order (excluding weekends and holidays) either by email or
telephone if you provided your number. It is possible that your order may be
delayed an additional 3 business days.
UNRESOLVED
ORDERS ARE KEPT OPEN FOR NO MORE THAN 10 CALENDAR DAYS. IF WE ATTEMPT TO CONTACT
YOU AND YOU DO NOT RESPOND WITHIN 48 HOURS YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELED.
SHIPPING
METHOD: Our products are shipped via UPS GROUND SERVICE, USPS Expedited Mail or
Independent Shipping such as ABF Freight. Depending on your location your order
may take 2 to 9 days to arrive once shipped from our warehouse.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING
AVAILABLE:
We also offer
expedited shipping if you need quicker delivery. We can ship your order 3-Day, 2
Day Air or Next Day Air. Please be aware that these shipping options carry an
additional charge over UPS GROUND. Any maximum shipping charges advertised on
our website DO NOT APPLY to expedited shipping.
For lightweight
orders we offer the opportunity to ship via USPS. There is no tracking number
available but we will notify you when your order ships.
If you place
your order BEFORE 12.00PM Eastern Time (Monday to Friday) we will ship your
package that same day. PLEASE NOTE: We do not guarantee delivery of your package
as this is not within our control.
$1.00 SHIPPING:
Certain items
in our catalog may be shipped at $1.00 for standard UPS or Freight delivery.
Expedited shipping is not available for these items. In addition, this is the
basic delivery service available and does not include carrying your delivery
into your home (see ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES below). This promotion may
change at any time and without notice.
$19.99 MAXIMUM SHIPPING (US ORDERS ONLY):
If ordering for
UPS GROUND SERVICE DELIVERY your shipping costs will be capped at $19.99.
Additional shipping charges such as the $1.00 shipping items will be added to
this $19.99 if applicable. This promotion may change at any time and without
notice.
ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES:
The delivery
service has been contracted by nolimitpokerstore.com to deliver your package to
your door in the case of UPS and for the larger items such as tables, the
delivery service is curb side. Drivers are not required to help you to carry the
item into your home or office. Be aware, if you do request help from the driver,
there is a fee charged and if we incur additional expenses from the delivery
company for your requests, (e.g. changing the delivery address, inside delivery,
or a return delivery) and we get charged we will pass the charge onto you at
cost.
DAMAGED DELIVERY:
You are
responsible for ensuring that your items are delivered in good condition i.e. if
you accept the delivery and sign for the item, you are agreeing that the
delivery is in acceptable condition. YOU CANNOT CLAIM FOR DAMAGE IF YOU SIGN FOR
THE ITEM WITHOUT MAKING NOTE OF THE DAMAGE. If you are concerned that the item
is damaged, please make this clear to the delivery company and make a notation
on the delivery form that the item(s) may be damaged.
LOSS
OR THEFT DURING DELIVERY:
Unfortunately
sometimes theft does occur during delivery or an item or items you ordered may
be lost during transit by the shipping company. In these circumstances our
obligation to you is to investigate the cause of loss. If the item was lost in
transit or theft occurred, we will claim for this loss on our insurance. Once
the claim has been settled, we will ship your replacements. This also applies to
expedited delivery services. We weigh every package that leaves our warehouse
and the weight is a check and balance to ensure that all of the items ordered
are in your package when they leave us.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We ship to all
50 US states and Canada. Shipments to Canada may be subject to import duties and
brokerage fees and it is the responsibility of the customer to pay these fees.
CHIP
SET DEFAULT SET UP:
We do not
guarantee that the colors and quantities shown in the photographs of poker chip
sets reflect the default selection of chips. The default settings are there to
help you. If you do not select the chips yourself and tell us which colors you
would like, we reserve the right to change the default setup depending on the
chip colors we have in stock.
STREET ADDRESS REQUIRED:
No PO Boxes: We
use UPS for shipment of orders. UPS does not deliver packages to postal mail
boxes. Therefore we CANNOT ship to addresses that are postal mail boxes. We need
an actual street address. For APO/FPO addresses please call.
POKER TABLES & SLOT
MACHINES:
We use an
independent shipping service to deliver these heavier items. We will require
your telephone number so that our shipping service can contact you to arrange an
appointment for delivery.

It is your
